Amador County, Sierra Foothills, California, USAAmador County, Sierra Foothills, California, USAA blend of 80% Nebbiolo and 20% Syrah makes this a heavier bodied rosé, with a dark pink color. Not overly aromatic but it has a juicy pallate of strawberry and ripe dark cherries. Good balance of acidity and off-dry sweetness, and a nice snappy finish helps round it out! The richness helped it pair well with a whole roast chicken at Vic's in NE Minneapolis. ($15) [7/7/16]
