A mouthful of blackberries and black current compote, iodine and an unusual saltiness, some damp earth fades to vanilla-tinged vintage portiness that I’m on the fence about. Probably a carnivore’s delight, otherwise not food friendly, but that’s ok. Contemplation worthy - esp. if of the navel.
