Super ruby color, dark fruits on nose with hint of mint or cedar, nose is somewhat alcoholic, sweet bright fruit typical of Mataró, medium body and not so dense as many, hints of tea leaf and fig, round, medium plus fine tannins give necessary structure. Not a super food wine but would show well with duck breast and sliced figs.
