Sangiovese 2013, 13.5%.
Bottle tasted in December 2014.
I did not know what to expect of this bottle from Israel, but I was positively impressed.
The color is bright, and more purple than our Sangiovese from Tuscany.
At first in the mouth it seamed very cold and metallic, so we left it to air for almost 2 hours, and then it was very pleasant: young but exuberant, the red fruits were rich in the mouth, and quite round too considering that it was a young bottle.
Overall: very nice!
