Bright color. Ripped black fruits. Its level is quite good. A bit sweet, but spicy. Very complex. If we taste slowly, it is not so difficult to find the value of this wine. 15 minutes, deep aroma was felt. @549, Eva - XH, 180826-180901

5年経過したヴィンテージ。サンジョベーゼらしい香りが沸き立つ。ステンレス熟成らしいクリアな味わいに、すこし枯れたニュアンス。密度はユルいが、余韻は素晴らしく長い。
超のびやかでユルい反面、香りや余韻が長いのがちょっとアンバランスな感じもしなくない。
これなら樽熟の方が良いかも？
でも、よくできたワイン。
爛漫に育った素直な子がええ匂いのするシャンプー使ってるみたいな感じ。
