Phiale Etna DOC Rosso Nerello Mascalese Blend

Good acid, flat middle palate, tannic finish. Nice fruit upfront, but otherwise not as tasty as other vintages.

Really wonderful. It was great with lamb stew. Description on the bottle is pretty spot on: black cherry, dark chocolate, leather, cedar.

I didn't think. I drank. I was in heaven
