My first glass of wine in over 2 weeks. I’ve had pneumonia and an ear infection along with 4 rounds of antibiotics. I’m finally starting to feel like eating and having wine. I picked this one because I really liked it last time I had it. From what I can taste it’s very tannic and acidic but that could just be me. No matter what I’m still going to savor and enjoy it! Cheers! TGIF

Not many wines rate this high for me but this one has everything I love in a wine. Not to mention this is one of my favorite grapes. Full body with total deliciousness on the palate. So much flavor that my mouth can’t take it! 😁 maybe with a great wine the Packers will beat the Patriots tonight!!

Dark ruby in color with a purplish rim.
On the nose, vegetables, green pepper, dirt, Wood, celery, blueberries, currants and black pepper.
Dry on the palate with red currants, cherries, forest floor and wood.
Long finish with big tannins.
A young Primitivo, but it is already nice to drink. Would be much better in 3 to 5 years.
14% alcohol by volume.
