Tenuta Pederzana
Gibe Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC
Entry level. If you don't know lambrusco, which I know very little, this is a great start. Like a sparkling Chianti Classico. Refreshing acidity and light carbonation, dry, dusty palate, barnyard funk, earthy and tannic finish. Extraordinary versatility with cuisine.

Jul 22nd, 2017Philly natural wine #5. Lambrusco is right there with Montepulciano for best ‘za wine IMHO. Soft bubbles, underripe dark fruits. This is really solid, there’s a dissonant underlying bitterness that’s holding this back just a little. Still very enjoyable tho.
