Fine Rieslings Night

Ripe fruits, petrol plastic tones. Unbalanced high acidity.

You can tell how different this is from benchmark German Riesling. Southern hot climate make it more intense ripe flavour. High altitude of the vineyard cools down and allows to develop high acidity.

I'm not happy with the end result. Just not beautiful, however one can easily recognise Riesling varietal character.

Very enjoyable.... Riesling funk of tire, gasoline, lime rind, crisp, tart Apple finish, lovely
