This kooky wine took a day to show off. When opened it was a little mean and had a "tire hittin the tracks" perfume and attitude. Today it is a searing burst , very dry, round wine. Still a hint of warm tire. I LOVE MONSTERS.

Pretty rough right out of the bottle, like a not-so-fresh white grapefruit juice, but after letting it sit for 24 hours it mellowed out and some great honey, yeast, and cream notes mixed in with the still bright citrus for a few enjoyable glasses. For $15, I’d give it another go.

Very interesting wine, foams like a champagne, but settles down and opens up very quickly. Initial nose was of burnt rubber as a fellow reviewer said, its true. It was very creamy and cleared the palate very quickly. Tasted of flowers and a touch of citrus zest. As it mellowed, the sharp tang on the described rubber settled down and it got a lot more enjoyable. Im very interested in seeing what others post about this wine.

Beautiful: just the right amount of yeast and lemon. Bright and crisp. Changes as you drink it. Chamomile and floral notes with bright citrus.
