Quince, citrus, pineapple; big minerals; waxy notes, great acid, long finish. Seemed a tiny bit spritzy on opening but same sensation 2-3 hrs later so must be an unusual organic acid component, actually adds to the party. Now 2 1/2 yrs old, has enough stuffing to expect this to improve with age for several yrs.

A salty gravely pretty, and pretty par bag of citrus, white roses, pink cantaloupe. A little bit of texture, pears and yellow apples with a sour finish.
