サンジョベーゼのキツい酸はなく、チャーミングで可愛らしい細やかな酸が印象的。
果実味も弱めで少しドライな印象。
旨味たっぷりでエレガント系キャンティ。
ピュアで朴とつとした、でも見ようによってはかなりベッビンみたいなキャンティ。
でも、もう少し安くてもいいかな。
