Another spectacular wine from Ornellaia! Could this be my new favourite wine...hmmm? This was very bordeauxy with cigar box and a bit of leather. So well rounded and enjoyable...proper crowd pleaser and I defy someone not to like this! The 04 I had in December had the edge over this with a herby freshness but still an amazing wine and perfect with steak and chips 😋

Had a magnum. Needs 45 mins to an hour+ to open up. The body / structure just got better as time passed, long finish, a real crowd pleaser.
