Etna Rosato Nerello Mascalese Nerello Cappuccio

I'm sure that this is just the greatest but by the end of August I am in rosé fatigue.

Great surprise, nice acidity, missed some freshness and berry flavors, but in general quite good with food

Very Serious rose from the black lava base of Mount Etna. Pillowie plush fruit with stunning crisp acidity and an amazing sturdy base of minerality. Easily my favorite rose this year. More please!

Fresh, medium - light bodied, good acidity, surprisingly long finish, strong mineral notes!

Blood orange & fennel. A savory rose fo yo Provence drinkin' self.

Wild green strawberries, Volcanic soil and sea brine dominate this Sicilian rosato!! Amazing with sardines and just on its own gosh darn it!!
