This volcanic wine took a while to open up. The tar matches the inky black color. Chewy tannins carry the wine to a long finish. Fantastic wine from a severely under appreciated and under exporter region.

A little brown and past it's prime. However, it's still pretty nice for the price.

Oct 11th, 2017I really enjoy these rustic styles of wine. Blackberry, black cherry, tobacco, cigar box, and earthiness. Tannins are still prominent and def best with food.
