Alarm bells for me on the nose. I hope I'm reading it wrong in that department l, I'm tempted to think something is wrong with it. Where is the fruit?. Nose is hard to read. A deap, full and strong pallet with very present acidity... VERY lean style, needs a nice rare steak. Could never enjoy this on its own. With food? Probably another story.

Herbs, licorice and thinner (!) on the nose. The palate has a medium body, dryish tannins and some licorice in the finish. Had hoped for more fruit and a different texture. Past prime already?
