Ruby red color to garnet with aging. Hints of soft fruit on the bouquet. Flavors are dry, delicate, persistent. I would pair with roast, grilled meat, game, mature cheese - MIND BLOWING!

Fantastic bottle, aged very well, and opened up significantly after an hour of decanting.

Excellent Brunello. Dark dried fruits, still has the good balance to serve with dinner. In its prime.
