2017 earthy with some dark berry, beautifully structured.

Inviting nose with some spiciness to it. Prominent acidity on the pallet. Time may allow this one to achieve the 2016 stature.

100% Cab. I love that this wine let’s the varietal totally speak for itself, uninterrupted by other varietals. Silky smooth tannins and notes of olive oil cake, black cherry, and sautéed porcini mushrooms. Amazingly tasty now, but I’m excited to try it again in a couple years.

Refined, with a full berry repertoire to be savored throughout each glass. My favorite Tenor Cab!

Bright and sophisticated, with a smooth balance of fruit and spice that only improves after a good decanting, this approachable cab will only keep getting better with age. I would rate this wine off the chart if I could. The best wine I have tasted all year! Smooth with a very deliberate and complex delivery. After aging in French Oak for 26 months, this wine is simply superb! I am a Cabernet fan and this wine moves to the top of my CAB list!!!!

Still my favorite Cabernet of 2016. Silky and smooth but such a perfectly structured wine
