I had the previous bottle 37 weeks ago and this was, once again, outstanding. Sous Bois is still there along with red fruited (cherry), red florals (roses) and confectionery. Evidence of whole bunch in the ferment. My daughter, Georgie adored it and said it was one of the best if not THE Best wine she has had in her Australian visit for the past 5 weeks. She has now returned to Copenhagen. Only 1705 bottles made. On Saturday my wife and I are having lunch at Ten Minutes by Tractor and need to restock their excellent wines.

A brassy red colour - quite transparent. Notes of Red Fruits, compost heap (decayed plant matter) - Sous Bois in general. A quite sweet palate with a savoury earthy twist - Raspberries, Strawberries and Red cherries. Judd vineyard I believe is one of their better Pinot Noir Cuvées. This was excellent.

A pale brassy garnet red. Smoky, stalky with a little caramel oak. Medium minus body and medium plus intensity. The oak influence is perfectly judged with the whole bunch red berry savoury fruit in emphatic fashion. I loved this from the Judd vineyard. Should buy on a regular basis.

Mid to light crimson in colour. A bunchy smoky red cherry note on the nose. We drink a lot of Bass Phillip and In our nightly quiz Barb thought this was a BP. A fair assumption as. Mornington Peninsula is not far from Gippsland but I feel there are small differences. The palate intensity here takes over from the lighter palate weight - bright red fruits , cherry, spice and savoury notes. A good wine, must drink more from this producer - have had a tasting and lunch there a couple of years ago. Love the name - derived from how long it takes to travel from one side of the property to the other.
