Fresh fruits of golden & green apple, Bosc pear, pineapple, kiwi, white peach & some lime juice. Cream, caramel notes, moist, powdery chalkiness, sea spray, limestone pulp, soft spice, hinges on some butterscotch notes, honeysuckle/comb, brioche, bread dough, yeast notes, fresh white & yellow florals, beautiful crispy acidity and a well balanced and polished finish that lasts 1:30 minutes.
