Racy, minerally, with exotic aromas of cumin and saffron, herbal notes of tarragon and oregano, pickled ginger, rainbow peppercorn, chamomile, oxidized grapefruit, lemon curd, palate is full of flavor and spice. Such a beautiful interplay of fruit, spice, and herbaceousness. With a pork chop and Brussels...heavenly. Continue to dig hard on "The Hof".

Dec 7th, 20142011 vintage. can't quite call this a Gemischter Satz, because we're not in Vienna? could keep it another few years...or devour it, there's some big-ass weissburgunder or something in there to amp up structure - making it ok to drink with "mixed grill" even fun with lamb. cool
