Jan 29th, 2021Heaps of blackberry and raspberry, pepper and A light vegetal note. Enjoyed the overall balance on the palate. Starts with a slight sweetness and finishes with a slight bitterness.

Intense attack, with rich macerated plums and blackberries, and bakers chocolate. Very full bodied, but great tingly acids. Went great with Neapolitan tomato and red wine braised pork loin.
