May 13th, 2018Cellar sipper during service last night. Consistently the best domestic Grüner I've tasted. Better than a lot of Austrians as well.

Feb 3rd, 2022Nice wine. Has a kind of soft roundness to it maybe from the Acacia barrels in which it was partially aged? Wouldn’t necessarily guess gruner. Kind of Chablisienne. Minerality and ripping acid on the back end. Enjoying it more two days after opening..

Feb 2nd, 2022Wow! Almost no fruit notes, only a slight hint of lemon/lime and green apple. All other notes are tertiary/secondary. Wet rocks, white blossom, slate, sea spray, jalapeno, green pea. Quite simply one of the best whites I've ever had.
