Really nice, lots of red fruit- raspberry or pomegranate- and some good effervescence and acidic brightness that is also well balanced with a little sweetness. Great for summer!

Tarantas 2016 Sparkling Rosé: This sparkler is made from 100% organically grown Bobal grapes, a variety native to Valenca, Spain. It’s refreshingly effervescent, with ripe and dried red berry fruit flavors and a springy acidity. Plenty affordable ($10) and just what the doctor ordered on a warm, summer day.
