The most extraordinary '06 Malbec from Tapiz. Rich, savory and elegant with loads of dark berry's, leather and cassis. Wonderful balance and structure. I'd drink this all day.

Nov 6th, 2020This 2006 is still holding up extraordinarily well. This is a bad ass Malbec. Jammy tar and black currents abound but the tannins have soften to make this a top 5 wine in my cellar. I'm sitting on a 2009 as well.
