Probably the best Argentina cab I've had. Really enjoyed this one. I wish I had tried it sooner as it's worthy of buying a case but hard to find this vintage now.

Nov 30th, 2018Consumed 8/2017. Lush flavors and outstanding notes of black fruit, spice, violets, and chocolate. Aged 12 months in oak barrels , which adds complexity and completes this beautiful tapestry.

Nose: cherry. Taste: sweeter cherry, lighter bodied (more Pinot-esque flavors, slight pepper, building tannins, slight acidity. Nothing bad but more better wine out there.

Very nice and complete Cabernet from Argentina. I feel it rates 91+ for the color and deep red fruit flavors and long finish . Not California Cabernet with lower ABV but European style with complexity and soft tannins. Super deal at $15!!!! Drink in the near term for best enjoyment.
