Had only vague memories of this one being "okay" a while back; assumed it was now past it and so poured a heap into lamb shanks. Turns out it's actually really decent. Gentle dark fruit with some minty and herbaceous notes, a dash of dusty cocoa, and soft drying tannins to finish.
