Manto Negro is considered an easy drinking grape, but treated properly, we find a wine that has elegance and finesse like a village level burgundy from a top producer. Black cherry soda and vanilla ice cream outside by your neighbour’s pool.

Cherries and dusty strawberries in the nose. Light, juicy, a little chalky on the palate. Great with sausage heros on night one and roasted chicken thighs on night two.

the wine is actually from Felanitx (4kilos) not Binissalem, while Binissalem is producing quantity, Felanitx is famous for its small wineries producing some of the best wines coming from Mallorca
