Ariana Ochipinti's other label. Pretty simple and inexpensive white. A bit astringent on the nose (almost a Riesling-like petrol odor), and pears and peaches on the pallet. Good weekday option. Let this one open up a bit, and serve a bit warmer than most whites. (Gets better that way)

Pretty gold color with a surprising amount of sediment. Very light with just a hint of acidity at the very end.
