Super fruity on the nose (raspberry, grape jelly), taste is soft, light, and has some acidity. Got some more oak and tannin over time.

Nice Bordeaux blend of 58 Cab, 27 Merlot, 8 Verdot and 7 Franc. Poured a slightly violet color into the glass. This wine has nose of grilled meat, blackberry and mature purple fruits. Smooth acidity and entry. The wine has a great middle with a hint of cola and mint but dominated by the ripe black fruits. Finishes with some velvety tannin, lots of good acidity and perfect balance. This facility in Calistoga is incredible!
