Nose of bacon smoke, black pepper and black cherries. Meaty notes, pepper spice and cherry flavors. Long and smokey finish. A bit tight out of the bottle. Revisited this one two months later. Revisited in July 2022. Still smokey. Not as tight as the prior bottle. Soft tannins.
