Lovely Tempranillo. Bold, juicy red fruit, vanilla. It was almost too much for an Easter Sunday dinner of lemon-caper pork chops, asparagus, sauteed scallions and potatoes, but the brightness did well against the fat. Great wine for a reasonable price.

Apr 12th, 2020taste notes from work: lots of fruit, very concentrated and with depth. Structured and with lots of oak (almost a bit too much, gives a big coconut-fatty feel in body and finish). The fruit and oak part of me loves this wine! Guess it needs some heavily charred meat to be at its best. (btw, heard somewhere this area can range from -18 to +40 C in summer!)

Apr 16th, 2018Very nice with lots of liquorice tastes, nearly like salt liquorice candy. Nice fruity on the nose. A touch of vanilla and spices. Feels typical
