Nice Syrah with food. Smoothed out but food brought out the pepper. Time to drink this if you have any left.

Oct 4th, 2018Nice Syrah. Getting better the longer we let it sit in the bottle. Good with the spicy veggie chips I had. Brought out the pepper in the Syrah, very nice.

Jan 7th, 2016Pretty nice little syrah. Fruit forward but clean and fairly crisp. Missing the pepper I personally love. Little green on the finish. Tasting ok right now. Hungarian oak.
