I gravitate towards this style: umami-driven with intense aromatics and a rich palate with plenty of acidity. That said, it's a bit cloying and cumbersome. It demands rich savory fare.

Had it warm (against all rules!) but on a recommendation. Really cool. Started to take on the character of a beer, or a fuller bodied red. Would buy a case and serve all winter.
