@Delectable Wine it is Shiraz basket pressed

Family owned winery, i went to visit last February and him and her wife are absolutely lovely. We had a marvellous lunch, all home cooked, in the barel shed. Over the top!

This is luscious, smooth, dark berries fruit, licorice and more.
It's a big wine, but not tiring and quite long too.
I am guessing the 10 years in bottle makes it more digestible, if you pass me the term.
It also looks like it could go another 10 years easily.

Knocked me out when it was released, 12 years later it has evolved into something quite drinkable. Glad I held onto it.
