I have to admit, I do have a bit of a crush on the Tahbilk labels - they’re just so elegantly pretty! I received this sample of the 2016 GSM (Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvèdre) recently which Mr Spittoon and I enjoyed throughout a Netflix binge recently.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
📝 It’s a cherry red colour in the glass with plentiful red berries dusted with vanilla icing sugar on the nose and a hint of sweet oak. In the mouth those berries and vanilla come through alongside a nice kick of baking spice and mad amounts of juiciness. D-lish!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy!

Absolutely so smooth from the first sip. Left bottle open for a couple days after first glass and was divine. No harshness even after first open, slightly sweet with a bit of dryness. Overall fantastic taste.
