Medium plus in body with medium acidity and long legs.
Nice finish with spices and round tannins.
Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens up. Only after 3 hours of airtime tannins come out. Delicious with good structure.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah. Kosher.
