Full-bodied with medium acidity and nice legs.
Dry on the palate with blackberries, plums, cooked cherries, oak, vanilla, licorice, cloves, herbs, spices, dark chocolates, coffee and peppercorn.
Short finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a simple Cabernet Sauvignon from Israel. A good everyday wine with a tangy finish.

This 6 year old is still a little harsh, but very drinkable by itself, and better with food. Could use another year in the bottle to mature.
Grapes are grown in the upper Galilee region in Israel. Aged for 12 months in Oak barrels. Kosher. Not Mevushal.
