Dark ruby in color with a reddish/ brick rim.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with nice complexity.

Showing red and blue fruits with earth, wood, spices, licorice, light vegetables, herbs, pencil lead, metals, tobacco, coffee, cola and peppercorn.

Medium finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This 9 year old, Single Vineyard, Cabernet Sauvignon from Israel is still drinking nicely, but past its prime. I've had this vintage 3 years ago, and it was better then.

Spicy and fruit forward. Rich, yet elegant with a nice mouthfeel.

Really loved the nose right out of the bottle, but it changed as it opened up.

Good by itself or with food.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged for 18 months in French Oak barrels. Kosher.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

91 points.

This is a very tasty Cabernet Sauvignon from Israel. Showing nice complexity with a great mouthfeel. Well balanced with a spicy finish. Tastes very much like a high-end California Cabernet.

Good right out of the bottle, and better as it opens up (1 hour). Drinking very nicely now, and will be good in the next 5 years. Rich and extracted.

This 6 year old, Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, could use a few more years in the bottle to mature and gain more complexity. I'd like to revisit this in three years.

Deep red colour, medium+ nose and palate, full body, chewy long finish.
Good balance and structure but missing an edge.
