Tried again. Slight pinkish hue. White flowers on nose, med acid, long finish. Very interesting to me. Liked a lot this time

Interesting. Chateauneuf varietal. Not a lot planted in the world. Maybe a few acres

First of this variety for me. Light floral nose, smooth and slight wax in the mouth with long finish. Good minerality but felt very low acid. Pleasant but muted. Interesting.

Super rare Rhone varietal, usually used for blending, but does have a nice, light acidity on its own. Very clean, light lemon and light sugar. Interesting!

Day 1: Interesting experiment. I can see why it’s used for blending. Very neutral and a little lemony.
Day 2: Really grew on me. Acidity dropped and allowed fruit to come in. Still like lemon but more like lemon custard. I suggest decanting for a bit
