Marsanne

Took a little while to wake up in the decanter. A little subdued on its own, with Moroccan spiced halibut it revealed much more depth and breadth. A little softer than my normal preference, but that roundness really let it support the dinner. Yum.

4 stars; beautiful creamy palate Butterscotch and flowers on nose

If there ever was a food wine this is it tropical citrus and honeydew but mineral edge all at once made for Ad Hoc crispy chicken and fennel
