Thanksgiving Paso Robles trip second day first stop. Tiny production of 100% Pinot Noir grown at Robert Haas’s home in the Templeton Gap. Quite precise. Purity of fruit. Fresh red fruited - cranberry juice, sea weed, bright pale ruby, medium acidity and medium minus tannins.

A very lovely wine for a pre-Thanksgiving dinner. Bright aromas of cherry cola and cranberry sauce. Almost medium in body, there was just a touch of oak on the palate with strawberry flavors mingling with sarsaparilla. Finish was satisfyingly long. 100% Pinot Noir. 11/20/21.

Strawberry shortcake on the nose, Cherry cola, rich red fruit and spice on the palate. Juicy with high acidity. Definitely a sweeter Pinot Noir. Lengthy finish with medium tannins.
