This wine is drinking beautifully now and while it may last another decade it’s hard to believe it will get any better. Black currant, black tea, strawberry, black cherry, leather, chocolate - it offers a dazzling array of primary and tertiary flavors and aromas. 40% Mourvedre, 30% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Counoise, 14.5% abv

Just at the point where it’s about to turn from primary to secondary. Fruit still ripe, but now well integrated and the tannins have mostly resolved. Present acidity carries through the mid palate and fresh finish.

These are still young, but on night 2 it has really opened up. Savory, bloody, spicy, and delicious. Everything you want jn your rhone blend and will only improve as it moves into secondary development. 15+ years ahead.

Aromas of dried dark fruits; mild-spicy flavors of red licorice & raspberry. Elegant finish. This is a House Favorite. Cheers!

Subtle, subdued and downright awesome. Fruit, earth, acidity and alcohol all intermingle perfectly.
