Aug 25th, 2017Dark Mourvedre tinged pink/red. Intense strawberry/cranberry notes. Would normally drink earlier, yet Dianthus is capable of imitating Bandol and developing for a couple years. Great summer food pairing for potato salad, Italian sausage and feta/cucumber/watermelon/tomato salad. Summer supper sipper!
