Tablas Creek Vineyard
Adelaida District Paso Robles Counoise
Light red wine similar to Pinot Noir but lacking the fruit and far more acidic in the finish. It went well with pizza. I was curious to taste this unusual Counoise varietal, but it is not a wine I would purchase again.

Jun 21st, 2020Really enjoyed this one. Earthy, leathery, yet fresh and with good acidic backbone, opposite ends of the spectrum.

Nov 3rd, 2019A new Rhône varietal I’ve discovered, tasted and loved. Dark-skinned grape grown in Paso Robles appellation. Light body with low tannin and good acidity, aromas of toasted nuts, pepper, bright red fruits. On the palate it’s full of ripe strawberries and spice.
