One of my favorite Italian wines. A lovely Sangiovese blend from Umbria. Very smooth at 6 years old and pared well with lasagna and other Italian foods. 2015 vintage in June 2021. The nose was so full of berries that simply inhaling the wine was a distinct pleasure.

I could drink this every night. Well maybe not but great full, balanced leather tannins fruit, complexity and beautiful finish

3/21/18 - $25 - Nice smooth Italian wine for the money - paired well with pasta & meat sauce, took me right back to one of those off the beaten path family restaurants in Roma, just a solid every day dinner wine
