Lemongrass and acid, but with a surprising amount of weight (especially at 12.4% abv). Honeydew shows up on palate, with gobs of minerality on the finish. The wine seems a little extreme - not quite balanced. But a great take on an interesting varietal.

Lemon & honeydew nose. Fresh, crisp & bright. High acid brings a bone dryness in the mouth. Brings you right back to the glass again & again. Boushey fruit never disappoints.

Full body fruit with lots of minerality. Smooth and lingering lemon finish. Bottle notes indicate citrus zest and wet stone favors. It mentions bone dry taste but I found strong full flavor all the way through to end. Unique and good with shellfish.
