Pale yellow gold, good bit of sediment, medium- viscosity. Nose sees honeysuckle, apples, lemon, oak, some spicyness. Palette sees apples, minerality, medium acid, medium+ finish. Very nice, subtle, Willamette Chardonnay that pair very well with Sicilian tuna and caramelized carrots with Parmesan.

Not too shabby chard from the winemaker for Tendril Wines. Received at Pre-IPNC dinner w/the Painted Lady.
