Decent white wine pet nat. Very dry and yeast forward. Gushed. Decent. Interesting blend of grapes.

Gluggable pet nat. That’s coming from someone who doesn’t usually like pet nats.

It’s natty and strange and fine but not my favorite. I couldn’t get over the fact that it tasted smoked, and not in a subtle interesting way. But let’s be honest I also drank it happily.

SIGHT: silky fuzzy peach with lots of tiny bubbles. SMELL: powdery florals, peach; citrus; ocean air; faint wet grass. TASTE: bitter pithy citrus, more grapefruit. Floral, could it be lilac? Or is that just because they’re blooming all over my ‘hood... ADDENDUM: orange blossom. Sadly that flavor is not for me.
