The “Seven” wines are aged in wood. Think some of it is new. Big, rich, mineral and opulent nose. Smells a bit ML like. Palate is creamy and ripe. The wood is a bit much but well integrated. Nice minerality and freshness but at the end of the day this is too woody for me

Jun 28th, 2021Very confectionary nose. So so good. Just so aromatic. Cotton candy, minerals, herbs and spice. Palate is classy and elegant with tremendous purity and juiciness. Round yet energetic and superb minerality and freshness throughout. Dazzlingly pure. Terrific depth. Finishes very mineral.
